Transfer dissolved gel mixture to the Minicolumn. Incubate at room temperature for 1 minute. 6. Apply vacuum to pull liquid through Minicolumn. 7. Add 700μl Membrane Wash Solution. Apply vacuum to pull solution through Minicolumn. SQUEEZ E 8. Repeat wash with 500μl Membrane Wash Solution. Apply vacuum. 9. Transfer Minicolumn to a Collection Tube.
