ADP-Glo™ Kinase Assay Principle After the kinase reaction, the assay is performed in two steps: 1. DP-Glo™ Reagent is added to A terminate the kinase reaction and deplete the remaining ATP in the sample. 2. inase Detection Reagent is addK ed to convert ADP to ATP and allow the newly synthesized ATP to be measured using a luciferase/ luciferin reaction.
